Why do we ask for these details?

Your gender helps us address you the way you prefer. When friends arrive, they will see it too, so the universe refers to you correctly: for example, “Your friend Ana is online”. Nobody else will see it. If you prefer, choose “I prefer not to say”.

Your date of birth lets us wish you a happy birthday and offer what suits your age. It is private: nobody will see it, not even your friends.

You can change these details whenever you like under “My details”, or write to us to delete them.
